Squad X is an app designed to simplify organizing and participating in sports activities. It addresses challenges like managing player status, splitting venue payments, and booking venues directly within the app. Additionally, it features "VenueHub," an admin portal for venue management.

Problem Statement

Organizing sports activities through WhatsApp can be frustrating and inefficient. Manually tracking player confirmations, managing payments, and booking venues often leads to confusion and missed details. Squad X was created to solve these issues by providing an all-in-one platform that makes organizing and participating in activities simple and hassle-free.

My Role

  • Designed and Prototyped in Figma.

Design Process

  • The design of Squad X followed a user-centered approach, incorporating both Agile Methodology and Design Thinking. The process involved:
  • Ideation: Conducted brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and understand user pain points.
  • User Flow Mapping: Created detailed user flows to define optimal paths for different user scenarios.
  • Wireframing: Developed low-fidelity wireframes using whiteboards and paper sketches to iterate on design concepts.
  • Prototyping: Produced high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly interface.
